That narrow band of grass at the top doesn't really work for me. Either show a little bit more or none at all I think.

I am guessing this is some kind of wall with green seaweed on the bottom half, and starting at the high water line, the wall is constructed of multi-color stones. It is an interesting abstract photo, but if it were mine, I would probably crop off the top layer of white stones and the grass, leaving only the colored stonework above the seaweeded wall. My two cents worth...
