Morning Light
This is something quite different for me and I'm not sure whether it works or not. I'd appreciate your views, good or bad - thanks.

I can see why you took this picture; the pseudo-spiral pattern on the vase is very eye-catching. I return to that point so often to realise that for me it is the main subject.
I like the way you have included a part of the table because it adds depth.
The vase content - while interesting in itself - can't make me focus there long enough unfortunately.
Personally, I feel that the picture needed to include the whole content, to provide a sort of frame. Unfortunately the missing top does not work for me.
Interesting subject, perfect execution (as always) only the composition could be better in my opinion.

The missing part of the top also doesn't work for me. To change the subject entirely, you could make a really nice image photographing only the shadow on the wall.
