Portrait Processing

Hi,

Can anyone suggest me some good links or good books regarding portrait processing. Preferably B&W processing. I see a lot of portraits really appealing and i can understand PP plays significant role in that. Suggest me links/books it would really help me a lot.

Have you looked at Colin Southern's thread on this site "School of portraiture lessons 1 to 8". It's a sticky thread near the top of the People and Pets forum.
