Nice timing on the egret and heron.

The bunting is a beautiful little bird. A lower angle would have been nice, but you have to take what you can get.

I was thinking the same thing - love the egret's dragging feet and the meeting of the bills of the little blue heron.

Hello Bud, your commenting is appreciated. The Reddish Egret is the clown of the tidal flats. It runs around with one eye cocked towards the water flapping it wings, stopping only to plunge it's head into the water catching a fish.

Thanks Steve, very much appreciated. The Bunting is beautiful and colorful. I captured that from the porch of the visitor center at Merritt Island NWR. It was coming to a feeder near the porch.
