It's a good one!
I like view and perspective. In my humble opinion, there are 3 points to be fixed:
- it seems to me that it is leaning to the left: straight up the buildings
- the colours are good, but perhaps the red is too saturated (did you used a Canon?)
- perhaps framing a bit lower and more to the left would add the perspective of the road line and would help you to avoid the half-flag at the top right: it's a bit distracting. Why not a square crop?

Even if a tad over-saturated, it works for me. I do think a crop of the right is a good idea- the blue coat and the grey building detract more than add, I think. The 1:1 ratio Nicola suggested might just be the ticket.

I like the wiggly lines of the bicycles' tracks. It's obvious they had to go slowly and carefully. Trying to read the inverted word on the flag also provided some entertainment. (I thought I was being a good sleuth until I saw the answer in post #9 of this thread.)

The bright red is fine for me; I like its contrast with the rest of the scene.
