I think others use focus stacking to get the drop all in focus.

Keep in mind that the image you see in the droplet is not at the same place as the droplet (optically speaking), like the image in a mirror is not in the mirror,
but behind it (so at large aperture, you can get the mirror in focus or the image you see in it, not both)
That's fantastic, congratulations.
I thing you can't have the whole image in focus but just tiny parts only of it since due to the shape of the droplet it severely distort the image. Don't forget the droplet acts as a lens, not a corrected one.
