This is Garry. I suspect that over the next months and years, you'll be seeing many, many more images of this little chap.
As some of you may have read in the very few other posts I've made recently, I've had a pretty hectic 4 weeks (Christmas & New Year were cancelled!) due to my father's sudden illness and hospitalisation. Thankfully he's now out of hospital, with a home care package in place. But one of the things he felt, again much to my relief, was that he could no longer look after his three year old collie dog.
So guess where Garry's new home is? Yes, that's right!
Garry is having to unlearn all the wrong behaviours he picked up because my dad didn't really train him and Garry became pack leader in the house. But he's a very fast learner and has the most gorgeous, placid nature. So, it's training sessions 4 times per day and off to the training class once per week. Life has suddenly changed quite significantly! The additional exercise is actually quite good for me too. Hopefully in a few months time he'll be able to accompany me on shoots in the countryside.
All helpful hints and tips on effective pet portraiture and action shots welcomed.
