    Acoma Pueblo, New Mexico, U.S.A.

The Acoma Pueblo, located about 80 Km (50 miles) West of Albuquerque, New Mexico, U.S.A. is said to be the oldest continuously inhabited location in the United States. The Pueblo has some very strict photography regulations including a prohibition against photographing any inhabitants. The only person I was allowed to photograph was my guide and then only in one location.

Not recommended then for the portrait shooter It is amazing how attitudes around the world differ to photography. Reminds me of Morocco, where the older inhabitants in the more remote areas believe you are stealing their soul. However in the larger cities and markets they will let you snap away, for a price!

Interesting look around the village on your website though.

as a collection of similar pic, this pic should create some ripples like in ur website! but if u stand it alone,it gets a little boring and looses it charm, after the viewer spends time counting the number of bricks in the pic i must confess that composition in this pic is the strongest point
