Your picture is really too small to tell, not to worry; have a look at the various options in the first link above.but have not fully been involved with it and never posted anything for fear that my images are not good enough
I recommend posting a maximum of 1000 px tall (whichever way round it is) and up to 1600px wide if you don't break the 1000px tall guideline (and use the TinyPic method).
