    Walk about on Wisley Common

Had a brief walk on Wisley Common.
Took these shots C&C welcomed. Gotta learn

Processed on an iPad. Not the best I shouldn't wonder kinda tough to get it right without overdoing it. How do they look on a proper size screen?

I like the perspective you shot these at, adds to the attempt to create a 3 dimensional image.

I have looked at these several times and each time I come to the same conclusion: The last one has the most appeal. The first one is "cooked" in the post-processing too much for my taste. I think I understand what you are going for in the second one, but it doesn't quite get there.

In the last one, I hope you have a composition that places the tree on the right side of the frame. The tree's leaves are blowing to the left and the branches are predominantly on the left side of the trunk, which suggests to me that the space should be to the left of the tree rather than to its right. Other than that, the photo has gorgeous light, detail and solemnity.

Thanks for taking the time to look and comment Mike
I see exactly where you are coming from. After posting, I did think I'd over done it on the first one and TBH I think the second too.
They looked okay on the iPad until I posted them . I think your points on the last one make a lot of sense too. Alas I don't have a composition where it's on the right
