I have had the great privilege of visiting the mosque when I attended a conference in Istanbul some years ago. It is a truly magnificent building and I think this is a very good image of it.
However, the thing I find distracting are the trails in the sky and would wonder about taking some time to clone those out so that we see a clear sky.
I do think your composition, with the paved pathway providing a strong line that takes us back into the image and to the mosque, is very good.

The trails look like glare on glass a filter maybe?
