I'm very curious as to why you underexposed the capture so much. If it was intentional, why?

Consider making a few adjustments to your edited version: Make the light on her face considerably less contrasty. Eliminate the very bright rectangle in the sidewalk. Eliminate the red thing and whatever is next to it that are located in the bottom left corner. (What are those?)

    Hi Mike,

I was trying to reduce camera shake, capture motion and the light was constantly changing because of overhead clouds. The red is painted sidewalk marker.

Have you considered just lightning up the woman in the first one and leaving the path and road as is. Make it look as if she was near a lamp in an evening shot. Either way I think the bright rectangle would be better cloned out.

Certainly an eye catching outfit in great colours.

    I'll give it a try.
