I've had a bit of a photography drought recently due to work and other commitments. One trip overseas was back to the UK in the cold snap and with a baby boy visiting his relatives in the UK for the first time there was no time to dedicate to photography

So here's one from a recent walkabout in Dubai - some days you have lots of photo ops and on others not a lot.

This young worker was perched on his stool outside his stall in one of the covered souks:

Great photo Phil. The images you post of Dubai and its people are very interesting.
As for your model, my poor old legs couldn't bend like that on the floor let alone on a stool

This is really nice, Phil. Do you by any chance have a version that allows a little more space in front of the shoe on the left?

Unfortunately not, Mike - I was using a 35mm prime and couldn't get any further back. Quite dark as well, so I didn't want the ISO to ride too high by stopping down and getting everything very sharp
