Re: My best friend - C&C
Your friend is a wonderful model and I like that her skin tone and clothes stand out nicely from the warm tones in the background. I think you also used an ideal depth of field.
I don't like that we have no idea what she is looking at and I wish she was a little closer to the center of the frame.

Re: My best friend - C&C
Thnx a lot for the comment Mike!!
Yes, I think you are right that she should be a bit closer to the center. Maybe I should try another cut of the pic. But then I didnt like the bag she was carrying...!
And good that you dont know what she is looking at...because she was just posing!

Re: My best friend - C&C
Hi Mike I like the portrait very much and don't mind not seeing the subject she is looking at. Do like the placing on the left of frame but might give it just a little more room, seems tight !! Sweet bg, look and feel !!

Second the motions for more space behind your friend's head. Her magenta hat does a great job of concentrating one's focus. I might even try a mild global desaturation (bring down the entire image) to increase that effect.

Thanks a lot for your comments!!
Alfred I think you are right that is a bit tight, I should possibly try another crop!
Lex I dont understand what you mean by that "Second the motions for more space behind your friend's head." Could you possibly explain it a bit?
