    Just to be different ...... and noting what others have said above, the one that really grabbed and held my attention was this:-

    I think the fact that you've shot it into the light and that the trees in the background are more in shade, really makes these front two trees really 'pop'. It's almost like a 3D effect.

    I think the sky is wonderful colour and just works wonderfully well with the colour and tone on the trees and the snow.

    Thanks, Donald. This one was all about the light that just slipped through a fairly solid cloud cover. I wasn't certain I'd see any more of it, and I was just anxious to shoot almost anything before it passed. As an unplanned shot, I had way too much DoF so I applied a mild blur to the background to pull out the trees. Glad it worked for you.
