    That's what I understood.

My 'New' R3000 is now fully up and running and I've switched to Lyson rather than Epson I'd been very lazy though about my B&W imaging on the old printer, so thought I should spent a bit more time on them. Still not yet, there but here's a few for feedback....

James, the images look great to me -- especially #1 and #3. How are the colour prints working?

Hi Bruce, thanks, but I'm still not in Donald's league !
Colour prints are very good. I'll post some examples tomorrow....

Bruce, the following are a few of the images I've printed over the last few weeks since getting the R3000 set. Got to say I am immensely pleased. I might be imagining it, but I am much of the opinion that the Lyson ink set is giging me a bit more gamut than the Epson inks. That is probably attributable to the fact that I am now generating my own profiles.

I spent 5 months in Carlingford, (Irish Republic) last year and I was not able to print anything other than A4 when there. My wife got seriously ill while which rather distracted me. She is quite a bit better these last few months so I have been 'catching up' both with processing and printing a fairly large image set!

    James,

A very nice set of images which I enjoyed looking at them. I live on the coast so am always happy to see maritime photos. The horse and plough is really good -- although I'm not too sure how much one of the horses was enjoying the experience!

I hope your wife continues to feel better.
