My only point of question here, Karm, would be; is all that sky necessary?

Would a 3 x 2 crop still show sufficient cloud but concentrate the scene a little closer?

Geoff, you might be correct. However, I would rather slit my throat then cut any part of that beautiful sky. In fact, I considered cutting some of the bottom part of the picture. Love is a terrible thing.

i like the sky. it the black band which is lacking detail that i find detracting.maybe try a different crop as you already considered

I'm ok with the crop as is, Karm. There really isn't much of a foreground scene, or I'd go with Geoff's thought on this. I'm afraid to crop it would render it pretty average. This shot is all about the sky- you could have an old sock in the foreground and it wouldn't pull me off the sky.
