Black Necked Swan
The city of Lakeland, Florida takes it's name from the many lakes within the boundaries. The symbol of the city is a swan and the various lakes have many that are residents. This is one of the four species of swans. C&C welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

Re: Black Necked Swan
That is an interesting looking Swan, the likes of which I have not seen before. I like the pose in #2 but I wish you had been able to shoot from a lower angle.

Beautiful, as usual, Joe. I'm drawn to the first one I guess because it's such a classic pose. I've never seen a black and white swan either. That would be a challenging exposure, at least for me.

Hi Joe. Nice set of images. I think I'll pick the second one, I believe due to the unusual pose. A pity the eyes seem to be closed (blinking?).
Thanks for sharing.
