i'm not familiar with this arm of religion,but a local did tell me at that the waves were his god and thats all he lived for.

How interesting. I've always thought there is much spirituality in water, but never seen it celebrated to this degree
. Would have thought this more apropos of Hawaii.

its actually a Methodist church.but I'm guessing the rest of the flock are pretty Keen surfers.
