A good low angle of view. It's always good to look to make an image that is different. If this had been taken from a standing position it would have been, I think, just a boring snapshot. The low angle puts interest into the scene.
Colleagues on here correctly pointed out a weakness in one of my images recently which had the exact same issue as this one - the out-of-focus foreground.
Upon reflecting on what colleagues said about my image, I think they were correct. Alfred (Aforns), for example, asked - "The oof foreground is competing more than complementing?" I think the same applies to this image.

I was thinking the same as Donald before I saw his comments. You might try a crop across the bottom at about where the horizontal line in the walk is- this pic should do well with a 1:1 or 5:4 crop
