    Welcome to the club, Richard.

You didn't say how you found the SEP2 experience. However, on the evidence of this image, seems to be that you quickly worked out how to use the tool. It's good.

I view with envy those images processed using NIK software. Sadly I've yet to convince the wife that the expense is justified, so I'll soldier on with what I have.
    That's an interesting effect Richard.

Mike - It may remain not an option, but just wanting to make sure you've seen this information.

Just tell her all your friends said you already produce such magnificent images that they wanted to see what you could do when you moved up to this suite of tools! Might work!

    Richard:

That looks really good - at least I'm sure the original wasn't quite as dramatic.

I also took the plunge, but don't have a clue how to use any of the modules and I fear that it's going to be a long time, if ever, before I can manage it.

I'd be interested in seeing the original before Silver FX.

Just head for here and here to learn all about them. I've just been looking at the Colour Efex Pro4 and Viveza tutorials again and getting ready for my e-mail to arrive saying I can download the suite fro free (I've already got SEP2). Getting impatient!

Donald - have you checked your spam filter? My email showed up the same day they announced the new price.

Yep - Keep looking. I feel like a pioneer looking out to the horizon in the hope that the promised new supplies are going to arrive.

You would like to take shots like Richard's example (of a pretty girl) and the only problem you can think of that your wife would have is about the cost of the NIK software for editing it? Better stop and see if you can anticipate any other bigger issue she might have!
