Such an interesting photo and composition. Very well done!
Consider cropping to eliminate about three-fourths of the sky. Ironically, the clouds are so interesting that they actually distract me; for me, that element is less supporting than competing.

Thanks Mike. I have already cropped top and right hand side to achieve this composition. This was taken on my old D70 with a severely limiting focal length lens, so I don't think it will stand up to more cropping. Mind you I am a fan of interesting skies so it would hurt to lose it all, despite the value of your suggestion!
Despite my limited 24 hours experience of Nik S.E. Pro I do seem to be achieving more subtle selective area control than with other software, without using layers and other more complex techniques. I'm certainly looking forward to learning more.
