Here's a property on the south side of Dorsodoro in Venice, facing the sea.

Interesting but Venice is so colorful that black and white doesn't work for me (for this particular city) unless it's a rain soaked scene.

I like the B/W approach. Personally I'd use less contrast. - I think this could be a candidate for a PP "competition".
