No birds today

It was fairly miserable out. However I tried, stopping in at my goto spot as the rain slacked for a minute.
The birds were tucked away and staying dry. I did however spot a deer in the park and a Muskrat.
The turtles were from sunday.

All great but I especially like that first turtle shot. We have a LOT of those turtles in the lake at the back of our property but they are really heard to sneak up on. I like it's pose, reflection and the clarity.

Thanks, Terri. keep at it, you will get close. Just move slow and stop and sit a bit then move again. If you go straight towards just about anything it will flee. I tend to move in 45* zigzags getting closer slowly. However our turtles are not so easily spooked.

Yes, Matt. There are deer there once in a while. This was the first I have seen them. I have been there when others have seen them but by the time I come around the corner they are gone. lol What was an even bigger surprise was that it was 2 in the afternoon.
