This lizard lives behind a hanging canvas painting adjacent to my workstation and regularly peeps out at night before racing at high speed across a short distance of around 6 inches to his food store inside a wall light when a chance meal is fluttering around in it.
His features are quite different to the many others we have living with us (all uninvited) and numerous attempts over the past months to get a reasonable pic to record his good looks have failed until this one last night.
Captured at 1/250th, ISO200, f16, manual, AF-C, handheld, SB600 flash on camera in TTL mode
I'm still determined to get a full body shot of him ............
