The exposure and focus is good but the corrugated iron in the background would benefit from being even more out of focus.(don't know if the iron would benifit but the photo would) A bit cropped off the top and right would also improve it. However not being able to see the feet and claws etc is the main problem I have with it.

Maybe crop tighter to produce a head and shoulders shot so the missing area at the bottom and the background aren't so noticeable?
An excellent expression on the subject's face, and plenty of detail around the ears.
