Rose Color Marble Staircase
I considered eliminating part of the left side of this photograph to focus strongly on the staircase. I decided against it because I feel the staircase needs some breathing room. Comments welcomed.
This is an edited image of the original. I eliminated more noise and sharpened it a bit. Comments welcomed.

Re: Rose Color Marble Staircase
I think you overdid LR and apart from the noise the picture isn't sharp.

Re: Rose Color Marble Staircase
I like the tone a lot. However, the reason this photo doesn't work for me is that even after studying it, I can't determine what the subject is.

Hi Karm,
I'm not sure if you wanted to introduce the graininess or if Splashy is right. But I like composition and tonality.

George, this photo was taken at over 25000 ISO. As you get rid of noise you also get rid of texture. I played with different noise levels and settled for this one. Thanks for your comment.

Re: Rose Color Marble Staircase
Hi Mike. The subject is my visualization of this marbled staircase. What I wanted to capture is its aesthetics. I found it beautiful to look at it. I wanted to convey this beauty.

Thanks Splashy. I shot this at over 25000 ISO. I can eliminate more noise. I found that when I did it the picture began having that waxy look. I also played with additional sharpening and stopped sharpening when it began to look artificial to me. I'll play more with both dimensions of this picture and post something if I like it.
