Herbs ready for stocking while porters stack empty trays precariously in the background. I'm not generally a fan of 3x2 vertical shots and generally crop to 7x5 or 8x10 as here.

Totally agree with you on that Phil and always aim for 4:5 (8:10) ratio when composing for portrait format, although I did go 2:3 here, out of necessity.
