I cannot imagine a flower bed of tulips being that close to a window at that angle (if you know what I mean).

I agree with Wayland about the half tulip, but suggest part crop (1/3), part clone out (2/3), or you'll be losing bits of two more and that tall one really doesn't want to get too much closer to the left edge in my view.
