I have about 4 photos I will show you that didn't turn out. The reasons are the "above" first of all. I just shot in Auto mode. Yes I was rushed, knew time was limited, but the other thing was, I had to unpack my camera. I'm inclined to leave it set up but could be 5 years before we have another storm and lighting like I had.
I will also tell you I was not sure what I was seeing, I first assumed it was a "darker" storm cloud, then I decided it was actually a reflection "off" the main storm cloud, of the hills in the forefront of the pics.
I would have given a lot to have my "stuff" memorized for the manual settings. Live and learn, usually the hard wayDenise
