Returned last Monday from this really long trip and have hundreds of photographs to show for it.

Some street stuff that I quite liked.

Multiple vertical shots with a borrowed 21mm MF lens stitched with PS6.

Poor duck was supposed to stay on display until June 9th but mysteriously deflated. Theories going around are cigarette butts thrown at it or someone a airgun, etc. It was bringing a lot of fun to the city's people and visitors alike so whoever did this deserves to be hanged if caught.

Similar ducks done by the same artist have been displayed in other countries without mishap.

That leads to a story - I took a couple of shots of some tourists and they asked me to take some with their own camera. The lady said she will take mine and I declined saying I do not like having my pic taken - not pretty enough!

Her reply - someone who looks like a younger version of Robert Redford should have his pics taken! LOL

1 stands out thanks to juxtaposing the butterfly and the helicopter blades. 12 would be a pretty standard cityscape if it wasn't for the enormous inflatable duck. Nice eye on both.

Lex - it was the usual nature bug that took hold as soon as I saw that butterfly flitting around the helicopter. Luckily he stayed around so that I could track it for a few shots.

The Duck - I hear that it was not some mischief but the organisers had to send it in for maintenance.

Donald - I have had names thrown at me but this was the first Redford. She was obviously too caught up being a happy tourist.

John - I agree those talk skills are useful. She is from New York so I presume people there do have the gift of the gab.
