A couple of things:

Welcome to CiC.

So that you don't continue to get people asking you what your proper name is, because most us use that on here, you can go to Edit Profile and enter the name by which you wish to be addressed under 'Real Name'. Then it will appear underneath your Username in all your posts. You can also enter your location so that it does the same, just as in my details alongside this message. Then we all know where everyone is in the world.

Hello again

As you can see, I've linked your image into your post. What you had done was copy the URL of the Tinypic page on which your image appeared. What you needed to do was 'Copy link (or image) location from Tinypic and then use the insert image icon on the message menu bar (that's the square one near the right hand side) and paste that (the link/image location) into the window that appears.

Don't worry. Once you do get it, it's easy.
