Re: Spring...thanks to my wife
Well don, Jon.
It must be a universal thing in the northern hemisphere at this time of year - the male of the species being ordered out into the garden to do all the heavier type work of putting things into place. For me, it was the garden furniture out of the shed and back on to the patio.

I like #5 Jon. In Oz we'd fill that pit with ice and beer and light a barbie on the grass after labouring for the wife all day

Probably adding to the stress instead of unwinding, Jon. But I think I would like to shoot again with different settings and better lighting. Also some clearer backgrounds.
You had a wide aperture which produced a very shallow depth of focus; but your shutter speed was also very slow. So not a lot of choice under those conditions. Except increase the Iso, with more potential problems.

Donald, Greg & Geoff, Thanks for viewing and your comments.
Geoff, it was getting kinda late, I was tired and did not give much thought to the backgrounds...OH well, there is always tomorrow
One last one of the "Pit" with a different treatment
