Well done, Harmon, I think this is a good study of indecision. It makes me wonder what he is thinking about.
The highlights -- sunshine on lhs of body and his watch -- appear to be blown. This could possibly be corrected in pp.

Agreed with everyone.
I think I would like more contrast and dynamic range, though I would have to see it to be sure. I wouldn't want the contemplative mood to be spoiled.
Consider cropping the bottom at about the midpoint of the gentleman's thigh. At the current angle, I get the feeling that he is studying his knees.

Hi Harmon,
I like the shot.
You just got to be careful for overexposing. Watch your histogram and see how far to the right the graph is, you will also notice clipped highlights.
With a shot like this it is better to use spot metering and concentrate focusing on the face. Not easy to do with a moving subject.
