The image is very confusing for me as it appears that the motion blur is ahead of the subject.

If you had the the leading edge of the rider or bike in focus and the blur to the rear it would give a better result I think.

Nice colours, but a tad too abstract for my liking. The large amount of blurred foliage above the rider doesn't add to the image either, in my view; cropping it in proportion to the amount of road shown might work better and help balance out the shot. The fancy framing goes overboard and takes away from the image

It looks like you have a combination of horizontal and zoom motion blurs. Very interesting, but it looks like your timing was a tad off. Ideally, the motorcyclist's helment should be the sharp point, not their tail lights. But this is a challenging, interesting technique that probably just needs lots of practice.
