    Conceptually, and interesting shot and I like the way you have framed the shot as two main rectangles; the one with the wall and the other with the person who is praying. The sharp focus of the wall that drops away in the background is effective, but probably the part that I wonder about a bit. I think I understand why you threw the person praying out of focus, but I might have gone for a bit more DoF as I find that side of the image a tad too soft for my taste.

    Other than the title, there is nothing that specifically says 'prayer' to me. There are no signifiers of religion in the frame. The persons hands may be clasped together in prayer or contemplation. Perhaps he/she is studying the bus timetable... So, it is an image that makes the viewer think and probe the blur for an answer
