Looks very much like Launceston at the moment
Sharon your ability to make a beautiful image from the everyday norm is truly amazing.
I love this photo, great mood and atmosphere.

Beautiful image, Sharon. This one reminds me very much of the good old days when winters were cold and wet.

Aren't winters still cold, and wet?

Not really... not here, at least. They're more like cool and damp at best. I didn't turn the heating on at all last winter.

Greg, I wish I had that problem.

Daisy... you see some wonderful images in places many of us would not think of looking!

Hi Sharon. I looked at this image many times. The only thing that still bugs me is the woman carrying the purse or bag. I don't know whether it is a good or bad distraction. Definitely like the image.

Hi Karm, I must say I love the woman's hand and bag and the shapes it makes. As this is all about shadow and light and a very simple shot I really think it needs that detail. In fact it is my single most favourite bit of the pic.

Thanks Mike, Richard, Greg and bruce for your comments....appreciate it!
