This printer won Appliance Design 26th Annual Excellence in Design Award however the review differs on iis excellence. The design description is interesting but to call it an All-in One is stretching it a bit.
Only review I've read so far, will look for others.

After reading a bit about the printer I have the think the FAIR rating given by pcmag was appropriate even for the price range.
