Another Abstract

I was commissioned to create a design for a wall in a kitchen.... ok my wife said "Can't you do something!"
I'm still not really convinced I'm up to the task, but its been fun reviewing my images, making suggestions and being told that it's not quite what she has in mind.

She liked this abstract I generated a while back, but the colours are wrong for the kitchen.

That said, now I've dusted it off and reviewed it, I've surprised myself. I'm getting to like it more and more, (probably because I've forgotten what I was trying to achieve in the first place!)

I take Sharon's point, not for a dentist's waiting room, personally I don't know how someone would feel wakening up to it....
But... having just shown a printed version to Janet, she now wants it larger for a bedroom that we just redecorated!

That is not really an abstract, it is a telephone cable with plugs in , saturated and cpopped.

Surely it is the end result which is abstract rather than from what it was derived ?
