I went ahead, and ordered CS6. I have decided that besides being a photographer (IMHO), I am also a wanna-be graphic artist.
After working with PSE, I decided to have a more powerful tool to supplement my photography. I realize the learning curve for this sofware is steep, however I believe it is worth it.
This has not been easy since my current OS is not compatible with CS6, and as a result have had to upgrade to Windows 8.
At the present time I have downloaded CS6 onto my laptop, which has Windows 7 as its OS.
When I receive Windows 8, I will download CS6 onto my desktop (primary computer).
One thing ALL of you have confirmed is that CiC is one fantastic website for photographers, and that you will get helpful suggestions if you only ask. Thanks to each, and everyone of you.
