Yep.....got one in my backyard too....keep the pesky songbird population in check around my bird feeder.

It is a great photo but if it was mine I would manually sharpen the eyes. Just select the black iris then smooth the selection, reduce by one or two pixels (no feathering) then invert selection and clone orange eye colour using a very small brush so the small orange to black gradient becomes a solid orange. Best to do this on a separate layer then set transparency so you get a satisfactory result. You can sharpen the outer rim of the eye using a similar technique.
I seldom bother going to all this trouble but sometimes you get a shot like this that deserves all the attention you can give it.

Gorgeous raptor, though it appears to me as if the only part that is really sharp is the right shoulder and the area around the beak, not the eyes. Considering your f/5.6 aperture and 85mm focal length, I'm surprised that you could get so close that such a small depth of field would be the result.
