Found this old photo (of a female giraffe) taken in Zambia. It still makes me smile, I hope it does you. Haven't done much pp, but any C&C is welcome.

Nice image dave. Getting some seperation between the giraffe's head and the tree , would help alot. Since you can't do it in-camera, you'll have to make the giraffe pop off the page, with editing.
