Circles that aren't tangent
The same glass objects as my first two images from this weekend's sessions. This time none of them are touching, producing a very different look.

I feel there is a lot of tension between the large circle middle row left, and the larg circle to the centre above it.

Thanks for the interesting comment, Greg. I was hoping equal amounts of tension would be conveyed between the pair that you mentioned and the pair that includes the same center circle and the large center circle middle right.

I love it when you experiment, Mike. I don't know if it's because I've seen the images where the glasses are touching, but I do also feel the tension - like some force is trying to pull the circles together - like gravity. Very interesting and fun to look at.
