Two glass vessels
A pair of vessels made essentially the same way as the photo of the one vessel, though lit a little differently.

Re: Two glass vessels
Mike, not to be critical, but I find it distracting the the bottom third of each vessel is not identical to the other, there is a different shadow form. Still, your glass shots amaze me.
Cheers

Re: Two glass vessels
Good observation, Jon. The only way to make the bottom third of each piece identical is to have them made exactly the same (which will never happen even when they are machine-made) and to position them exactly the same relative to the light and the camera. Notice that the middle and top thirds are also not identical for the same reason.
If I really wanted them identical, I would make a picture of one, flip it, and add it to the photo of the original. That's the only way to make them perfectly identical.

Re: Two glass vessels
Mike, thanks for the info. I was thinking that maybe it was a lighting difference, I should have known better in your photos.
It is still a superb image!!
