Hi Bleys,

Firstly, welcome to the CiC forums from me, great to have you with us and active from the first post.

This is a well spotted shot, the sort I normally walk right past

The shot works for me because the exposure looks about optimum and the blue/yellow contrast of sky and leaves are just the right shades. The distant tree also lends depth to the image.

That said, the blue is a bit mono-toned, it doesn't look so natural (to me) because the blue peeking through the leaves at the bottom edge of frame (I think) should be somewhat paler than it is, so maybe this does just come down to Colin's suggestion the sky is over saturated.
