    Equipment: Nikon D800 with Zeiss Distagon T* 21mm f/2.8 ZF

    Settings: ISO 3200, f/2.8, 1/125sec.

    It is an interesting shot for me as I have just purchased a D800 and one of the reasons was to take photographs of some musicians I know. The lighting levels generally are comparable to the one in your photo.

    You have caught the scene well. A higher viewpoint would have been better but I assume you did not want to be to obvious when taking the shot.

    Correct about viewpoint. There were no signs in the casino prohibiting photography and there were others openly taking pictures with cameras at eye level but I thought it best to leave the camera at waist level and hope that 21mm and cropping would compensate for the inability to frame.

    Where was this image shot? I'd love to (legally) shoot in a casino but photography has been prohibited in the casinos I have visited.
