Took this this morning, nothing special but i didn't notice the drama taking place. I reckon the Aphids are going to take a hell of a beating this time.

As for the aphids, if only...
The ants are more likely to protect them against predators, as they adore the sweet secretion the aphids produce:
the sap from the plants is too rich in sugar (compared to amino acids/protein), so the aphids excrete the excess, and the ants harvest that.
