I tried to move the center to the right by cropping. - Sometimes the subject smack in the middle works best.

Hi Werner. I wasn't bothered so much by the compositional aspect, more that the very interesting picture within a picture in the globe was partly masked.

Thanks, Werner. a worthy effort, but now I really miss seeing the pieces strongly in the globe- that is a really cool effect-like a microcosm of "the world of chess".
