Adding a tad of contrast will greatly enhance it.
It's not bad. Perfect reflection in the water. Not a bad composition, my eye is drawn to the duck.
Not to shabby at all, I like it.

The ways we amuse ourselves. I was trying, and still am, to get a shot of muskrats in this marsh. I heard rustling in the reeds; thought it would be a muskrat and got ready accordingly. Turned out it was this male Ruddy Duck. I was disappointed (it had been coots and ducks moving through the reeds all morning) and without meaning to thought, "just another ruddy duck". An inadvertent pun that made me very pleased with myself.

I like your composition. Perfect reflection. I'd be tempted to crop the bit of grass at top so that it is all reflection. What a beautiful day it must have been for shooting that bloody ruddy duck.
