Hi all.. been really busy lately..yesterday i took a few images of a work colleague of mine..well... hes more like my professor in this kinda business Real McCoy Barber anyway... would just like any comments on what u think of the image..do u think they're ok enough to maybe print frame and give just as a small gift? And which do u prefer? i like the b+w a little more.

Both are nice but, I think that I like the color better...

Yes, the B&W seems a little on the dark side to me.

Possibly try slightly lightening the midtones; or play around with the colour balance in the original version before B&W conversion.

+1 . I suspect it is mostly photographers who appreciate b&w, so your mate might like the colour more.
